As per the typical Singapore lifestory, we got married in June 2008, applied for a flat in April-May 2008. Got quite lucky and managed to buy one of those ready for occupation units in Jurong, on the cheap.
Finally on Deepavali day(some where in October-ish) 2008, we got a taste of living on our own. Because we got married, bought a house and had a baby all at once, our budget was really tight, which led to the many DIY projects, some good some not so great.
So i guess, this space going to chronicle our projects
